System Freeze Notice

May 16, 2016

EOS will be frozen from May 17, 2016 at 4:30pm. At this time you will no longer be able to perform any transactions in EOS. You may review, save and print reports during the freeze.

You will receive more details regarding how to access the new Employer Portal later this week via email.

Action Items:

Please remember to submit your Turn Around Documents (TADs) before the end of day, May 17. Any outstanding TADs will have to be resubmitted after May 30th.

Remittance Reminder

Please refer to your Go Live Checklist to ensure you are prepared for the system freeze. If you haven't done so, please contact us asap with the following information:

• 1. Determine last remittance(s) to process through EOS
• 2. Determine first remittance(s) to process through the Employer Portal
• 3. Advise APS of the specifics for the first remittance(s):

From- & to-date of first pay period
Payment (withholding) date
Name for the remittance
Whether UTF or template
